I agree with this. At least, no interpretations possible!
But unfortunately, that's not what your government understands.
When I was in the army, we talked about NBC (protection outfits, etc..), not about WMD or ADM (armes de destructions massives).
Without an undisputed interpretation for "WMD" or the reason to go to war, don't expect the rest of the world to follow suit.
