Napalm is nasty stuff..
but calling it a WMD is absurd. Napalm is no more a chemical weapon than any conventional explosive. After all, explosives like C4 are made from chemicals, too. Napalm is simply jellied gasoline. I still have my "Special Forces Incendary Devices" field manual from my Army days that lists many simple ways to make napalm from ordinary household cleaning products. It's nowhere in the same league as true chemical weapons like nerve or mustard gases.
