This is silly

Lets walk through this. This is the argument you reference:

1) Katrina was a cat 4 storm
2) It was assumed the Levee system could and likely would fail on a cat 3 storm or higher
3) Because the levee system failed BEFORE even that threshold, this excuses not being prepared for the NOLA levees to fail? When its been known for 48-72 hours that Katrina would make landfall at or around NO, and would make landfall at above category 3?

Is this an argument you want me to entertain with a straight face?

Please stop giving these blog references. Find the original sources and make your own argument.
