Where did I say the right was to blame?
The Superdome was equipped to last 3 days.
They didn't get releif until after 3 days.
Now I've heard that Blanco turned back aid and that FEMA turned back aid, whether it be from Walmart or Red Cross or Salvation army.
There is however no doubt in my mind that there were significant failures at ALL levels of government. I'm not playing the "one side failed all" game.

Sanitary? As Billy Connolly once said of transatlantic 747s full of people - That's an awful lot of jobby.
