9/11 was the work of Saudis. SAUDIS.

They were bankrolled by Saudi money and headquartered in Afghanistan. They are Wahhabist. Saddam is a Sunni, much less attached to Sharia law -- Iraq never had the kind of civil restrictions that Islamic "republics" have -- and is more tribal than anything else. He never had the kind of power required to reign in other Muslims.

In all the years of trying to tie 9/11 to Saddam, the best that anyone has been able to come up with was the presence of a couple of people in Baghdad, and that all the perps were Muslim, and so is Saddam. Well, if a criminal visits New York City, that doesn't make Governor Pataki, or Mayor Bloomberg, his accomplice in any crime planned there. A Catholic criminal doesn't necessarily receive aid from the Pope in his criminal activities, though they would be closer in their faith than a Sunni and a Wahhabi.

Saddam is a bad man. The leap to make him responsible for 9/11 leaves one standing on thin air, but Wile E. Bush is still standing there because he hasn't looked down yet. He still believes he's standing on the ground.
