And he was in violation of the no-fly zone. Even Clinton had to attack him in Operation Desert Fox for fears of WMD. And under that watchful eye, Saddam and his sons still managed to murder thousands while his people starved and lived in fear.

Saddam should have never been left in Power. If you want to blaim Bush Sr. for that one, you can.
