"Bush is a liar"
Calling Bush a liar when you know he's not can be viewed as knowingly providing support to the terrorists.
But I don't know that Bush is not a liar, and if you were honest, you'd admit that you have no way of knowing that either. And given the evidence suggesting a pattern of deception, I can't in good conscience say "Bush is telling the truth".
So what's left? The simple truth: There is a distinct and credible possibility that our President has lied to us. It's irresponsible and indeed unpatriotic to try and sweep that fact under the rug.
If the truth be treason, then so be it.
