By the state I meant the people in it not the beurocracy. I'm talking about people putting their personal ambitions and well being against the possibility of loosing thousands of more American lives or adversely affecting the well being of people in the nation as a whole. It doesn't surprise me that you chose to interpret my comment is such an off base manner without any evaluation of the context of previous comments, but I must admit my choice of words did make such an interpretation possible.
Yeah as long as you guys deny that dictionary definitions are a reasonable basis for use of words I'll keep making the same point. I enjoy pointing out you're full of crap as long as you keep dishing it, no matter how many of you want to take this silly stand. I agree that viewing treason only as a crime is a reasonable point of view, but not that it is reasonable to portray anyone who disagrees with that view as unreasonable and over the top.
It's also rather absurd to say taking a legitimate deduction constitutes acting against the beurocratic state. The beurocratic state allows legitimate deductions so there is no conflict. More diversionary silly side arguements from you. But once again I don't care to continue argueing over a silly side issue which has nothing to do with my key issues. You are free to declare victory and and pat yourself on the back for another brilliant arguement without further comment on it from me.
