I've already caught myself deliberately pulling my punches on some posts because I don't want to get caught up in an interminable back-and forth that I'll feel obligated to pursue until the last word, just to save face. It's not that I'm afraid of controversy, there can be no fear when you're anonymous, it's just that it's annoying and boring. Refer back to my Billy Joel "Angry Young Man" post.
