Why not position your "Radar sites, anti-missile launchers and the whole works" inside Israel? That way we don't need to be there.

The Strategic advantage you so cherish seems (to me) to make sense only for conventional warfare and the occupation of countries within reach.

Our strategic advantage won't protect Israel from a suitcase or piecemeal nuke.
