I agree with you and feel your pain.
I know I'll never win a debate with them where either of us would concede, yet I continue to point out their folly with passion at times, in the hope my descriptions filter down into the masses that this war is NOT okay and that our leaders, his managers and his servants have been misguided by money and power.

This war, the subsequent costs of to our country through financial and moral loss and the many torturous deaths on both sides is an abomination. Young soldiers coming back from Iraq will need to be healed from the big black holes in their psyche after witnessing some of the horrors there. They will remain confused and explosive when they begin to understand they fought a war with their heart and soul for a man who lied to his country and whose heart and soul will soon be residing in hell along with the likes of Dick Cheney. How these people sleep at night is beyond me. They are social psychopaths who need to be stopped, locked up and put on trial as far as I am concerned.

And the spin our floundering media puts on it, now looking for rhyme or reason, will not give us relief.
Hopefully the people are waking up and will get the guilty tried of their crimes before our next election is stolen again and we find ourselves living in a country with no semblance of pride or freedom.

And I agree with you. Just yesterday I was wondering where that heartlessness comes from both, and it IS priviledge.
It is their comfortable place in life that they feel they can sneer down their noses at us, and rally round the flag to preserve their assets. How far they are from the reality of the streets. Has anyone looked at the photos of the dead children or just the bodies of an innocent iraqi sitting in his car, all that is left of him after his head has been blown off?

Which of our soldiers did that and how does he live with it? And who cleans it up? And how can you come back and expect to live normally with your wife and young children without that haunting you? And the thousands of innocent Iraqis who had NOTHING to do with 9/11, how can they see us as liberators when generations of them are injured, displaced and permanently psychologically damaged from all the trauma? Iraqis try to cope with what we've done to them and their cities. I'm sure they hate us more than Sadam. This is an abominable situation that we and our country are responsible for.
