You mean your interpretation of data? Yeah, right.

Ok, let me spell it out for you as many have done in the past. Afghanistan was no longer a country. It was this loosely entwined conglomeration of warlords raping the country and abusing the citizenry. There was no hope, no economy, no trade (other than heroin). Anything the citizens of that "country" endured under our occupation had to be an improvement over Taliban rule. Only a tiny warlord elite lived well when we invaded.

Can you see where this is going?

Anyone that was a candidate for becoming a terrorist there already was. The world, including a huge percentage of Middle Eastern countries, were firmly behind us going in and cleaning up the mess there. The influx of foreign rabble rousers before Iraq was a mere trickle.

Iraq, despite Saddam's terrible rule was thriving economically compared with Afghanistan. The average citizen's life has gone downhill since the invasion and I'd be willing to bet that nearly every one of them has had some loved one affected adversely by the occupation. Other Arab countries did not want us to go in, hence the influx of foreign fighters into the battle.

Is this too deep for you son? Should I spell it out in all caps or send you a Hooked on Phonics course first?

Fucking idiot.
