I can understand your umbrage .
Gary was angry and lashed out too broadly. I don't think anyone here is treasonous. I doubt our enemies would find any comfort in the opinions of the one or two members he may have had in mind and certainly no aid is given or intended by the expression of those opinions.
You could even say that clumsy and inexpert opinion can not truly be treason, since it would serve more to confound our enemies than to aid them.
If it t'were me I would beg pardon for any offense taken.
