Earth To Mary Anne
All I'm asking you to do is apply your very own legal definition.
I have over and over again expressly stated that general opposition to the war or criticism of it's handling does not constitute treason eventhough it can have aiding and abetting impact. I have listed only the spreading of deliberate misinformation as a treasonous act. I have also stated that I don't believe such acts can practically be prosecuted due to freedom of speech constratints. I do not believe, however, that the lack of practical prosecution ability should inhibit others from pointing out that such speech meets the definition of treason by calling it such.
Regards,
Mark
