I give up. You folks clearly want to support and understand only your side. Rather than use your own minds which should be clearly able to fill in real life examples of the situations mentioned you'd rather play denial games and ignore your own inconsistent application of standards. Business and tax law alone are full millions of examples of people going right up to the line of the law pulling stunts most people clearly consider wrong and label with terms similar to the legal crime. It's why this country has so many lawyers. I Do not have the time to play such silly games further.
