In an act of starling bravery and utmost personal integrity, such as he is so well known for, Mark Eby has not acatually used any particular names (that i recall reading). Thus, not only protecting himself from such legal actions- but also taking a playbook from the American Right.... IE: Insult your 'enemies' in general, and not in specific, and you then must never have to discuss the 'facts' of the accusation or risk having the strawman burned for a bunch of stuffing. Because, afterall, he is always talking about 'some other people, not that one in particular'.
