No, seriously: Notice of recusal
I posted a notice on the moderator's board stating that this is a personal flame and not an official action. I asked the moderators to please warn me if I (that is, "Robert") stray into my official voice. I won't be calling for any official action, but if somebody else was offended and brings up official action, I am recused and Officially Out Of The Loop, and it will be somebody else's problem. (Thank you, moddies!)
[Robert, sotto voce]: I can't bend over backwards any farther, so for god's sake, can we please get the hell on with the flaming??? Have a little mercy on me, please!...Do you think me bereft of human emotion because I must be moderate to moderate? But if you prick me, do I not bleed? Therefore I beseech you, in the name of humanity, please allow me to get this off my chest! I too must avail myself of the Flame board from time to time, or suffer my very head to explode!
